Errors
Errors are events too. Send the exception, the route and the user, and get pinged when it's the one that costs money.
Cron and background jobs
The jobs that fail quietly. Log every run, and notice when "🧾 Nightly invoices · 212 sent" doesn't show up.
Side projects
Waitlist signups, feedback and first revenue for the thing you build at night. e.g. "📬 Waitlist signup · #41".
